what ?
“Who Cares ? LOL”, the question is answered whoever picks up the zine. Stories on stories change a word here and leave out the certainty. Here are a few reasons why i think i started doing this;
- My grandmother passed and I decided to have an active grief. Put what she gave me back into the world somehow.
- I walked into a coffee shop and thought I would feel more comfortable if there was a zine lying around.
- Socially I feel very awkward and having something to hand out to someone helps me feel a little less like I shouldn't be around lol.
- I was doing a project and started looking into the history of art in the area and was surprised to see a lot of really creative projects shining through the piles of old newspapers. archived online and in person.
who made this?
I myself am named Johnerick Lawson. You can already tell from the name that I'm probably a little difficult. All those syllables wouldn't it just be better to go by Mud? What is in a name anyway? Generic Awesome, The same ingredients as the main prescription just at a lower price for the people. If you would like to know more just make it up lol. Okay there was foreshadowing in the first section about the active grief thing, remember? Judy, my grandmother was generous, kind, and caring. To try and shadow those qualities I have decided to pay for the zine myself and never charge for it. Also I have a rule, observation over opinion. So coming from me the zine will always be free and the best i can do. I have seen it change and move from black and white to color and from 250 copies to 500. I hope If you stumbled onto the zine and wanted to know more that this helped with that and I am sure i am leaving something out that is important but so is life. Hey thank you, I mean it.
